Print Parlor provides photo and art printing services by appointment, including file review, size and paper consultation, test print review, and production for approved print orders. Service availability, materials, and acceptance of any project depend on file suitability, studio capacity, and confirmed stock or supplier availability.

Order Conditions

For exhibition and similar print projects, the customer must approve the final quantity and any test print before production proceeds. Print Parlor may decline or pause an order if files are unsuitable, materials are unavailable, or the requested work cannot be completed within the studio's current capacity.

Policy Terms

All artwork, images, fonts, trademarks, and other content supplied by the customer remain the customer's responsibility, and the customer must hold the rights needed for printing. Print Parlor does not transfer any intellectual property rights in customer-provided materials and does not provide rights clearance unless expressly agreed in writing.

Limitations of Liability

Print Parlor uses reasonable care in file-preflight and production, but it does not guarantee exact screen-to-print color matching, identical results across different materials or batches, or accuracy beyond the agreed review scope. To the extent permitted by law, Print Parlor is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or damage arising from customer-provided files, instructions, or approved proofs.
